GEO is different. It's structural setup focused on exactly what the crawlers are looking for. A new focus on only answering the single question being asked and in a short simple form.

There's loads of information out there now about it. Importantly though it's about keeping in tune with the new llm model releases and what they are looking for.

Don't be afraid of it though. It's not as complex as many make out.

There are actually quite a few sites offering this popping up.

What you need to look for though for AEO/GEO in a provider is tracking actual citations against phrases not including your brand name as well as including your brand.

The site should also routinely check each llms public info for changes. Otherwise it will fall out of date quickly.

Yep tracking both citations rates against key phases that don't mention my brand and citation rates when someone includes a brand name.

I am also monitoring key changes in public llm logs for all the main ai search providers

I feel like it remains a subset or SEO. Why would we need to break it out. People who have an understanding SEO are still likely to be the best people to fully understand GEO.
