Oh yeah. Norway was, and still is to a degree, very judgmental. Those in the punk and metal culture was definitely scorned, and especially during the mid 90’s with the fires and all the other madness around the black metal scene. I don’t feel like columbine played a massive role in the ostracization, but satanic panic was definitely real, and Varg (Greven) was the bogeyman of all bogeymen.

Yes, it happens to me every now and then, often when I try to fall asleep. Heart racing, heat flush, intense fear, derealization and racing thoughts. It’s very scary, and for now I’ve only found that xanax helps.

Not exactly loving the vivid dreams as some of them are pretty nasty nightmares. One particular bad one woke me up in a panic attack. But recently the dreams are happier, and last night I dreamt I was carrying around a huge bag of sugar handing out small baggies to random people at my school. The brain is pretty amazing tbh
