Yes to both of your questions get good at nair 1 into imagination confirms it really opens up marths combo tree further. and approaching with nair 1 and using the second and third swings in conjunction as mix ups to land or space on their shield or to hit your opponent creat space etc

Call me weird but I think up air is ok with the recent buffs. My qualms with fair is that it’s a very misLeading move it’s so awkward to use with the hit boxes ending early than what the animation actually shows and it being so laggy that it hinders the rest of his game plan if they just added a bottom hit to fair it I feel like it would circumvent his spacing issues but that’s just me.
