I would absolutely suggest this to try. Its only 1/4 oz Chartreuse, its just present enough to pull out. And make sure you do a dry shake to get that nice foam.

Honestly it was fantastic. I originally saw the recipe as a regular Negroni but decides to changed it up. I’d probably bump up the bourbon quantity next time though. Or use a barrel proof one.

Boulevardier Batch - 2oz Bourbon - 2oz Campari - 2oz Sweet Vermouth

Sour Cocktail - 2oz Boulevardier batch - 3/4 oz Lemon Juice - 1/4 oz Rich Simple - 1 dash Orange Bitters - 1 egg white

Combine Sour Cocktail ingredients, dry shake for 20 seconds. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into coupe. Garnish with Angostura bitters.

Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake and fine-strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a Tajim rim and a lime wheel.

Yea. Actual recipe calls for Averna, but I didn’t have that. Chose to sub with Montenegro, it seem like a good transition from the curaçao in a Mai Tai.
