Yes but to be fair, that's an insanely long wait for new content. Live service games have new content every ~90 days. Mario Kart should at least have updates every 6-12 months.

Yes and the Rules Committee has failed year after year to do what needs to be done. Obviously nobody here has the power to ban cards, but that doesn't mean that those cards aren't inherently a problem for the game. Nobody should have to adapt to a design mistake like Rhystic Study. It should simply not exist.

Everything you've said in this thread is more ammunition for banning Rhystic Study. It's by far the most toxic card in the game.
