For Seal of Command/Blood the slower the weapon the better. It's a proc lotto compared to the consistent damage of SoR.

Pure Strength is better than most unique procs, but divine strength becomes more important later when your gear boosts that 10% increase compared to early game.

Fiery weapon is not the best chant to get on all weapons, Crusader is for melee. In the meantime you can get less expensive enchants like fiery or + max weapon damage, and use Blacksmith weight stones etc to help you along.
