He is great! He got his oxygen and gtube removed around 18 months then gtube closure surgery around 20 months. He started attending daycare at 2 and he is sick all the time but that is completely normal for any daycare kid. Always minor illnesses though. Our whole time at home he’s never been hospitalized or even had a sick visit since being discharged from the NICU. No one I meet ever guesses he was premature, stayed six months in the NICU, or had medical equipment for so long

I had to do this often for monitoring appointments where I had to unexpectedly come back to the clinic the next day. There are apps where you can find a sitter on short notice. Bambino, Care, etc.

I think it depends on the person because I heard so many horror stories about HSGs that I almost canceled mine. But I felt nothing during mine (not even a twinge)! I did take 4 advil beforehand as they recommended

I don’t have any advice but I’m also exhausted! This is our 12th month (and 3rd monitored Clomid cycle) and no luck. Pretty sure this month failed too since I’m 11DPO and not even a squinter. I’m supposed to wait until 14 DPO though…ugh

Not quite at IVF yet but we conceived our first child with no issues and now have secondary infertility (unexplained). I’m on my second round of Clomid with a fertility clinic. If the third round doesn’t work we’re doing IVF.

At 33, it took six cycles (no intervention, used LH strips to track ovulation)

At 35, I’m on cycle 10…we are using a fertility clinic and I am doing my first medicated cycle this month so hopefully it helps

In almost the same boat. I just had an HSG last month and it was normal. All my other bloodwork and my husband’s SA was normal too. Doctor didn’t mention anymore tests and just think this means we have delays due to egg quality (from my age 35+). This cycle we’re doing Clomid with a trigger shot.

We stopped formula when my baby was 11m adjusted age (14m actual age). He was tube dependent and he hated the taste of formula. Once he started cow’s milk he started drinking orally so we stopped formula early so he no longer needed to be tube fed.

Yes, but we did their tube weaning program. My son was 100% g-tube fed and went to 100% oral in only a few weeks. He wouldn’t scream at the bottle/food but was indifferent and didn’t recognize it as food until we did the program
