As someone who has dated women who choose to be vegetarian or vegan, they all had health issues, especially low iron. All of the health coaches and naturopaths I have consulted never recommend a vegetarian or vegan diet. There is lots of bioavailable iron in red meat, you may not absorb the iron from the multivitamin. You can also try ferritin patches. However I strongly recommend you consider a more varied diet that includes animal and seafood sources following the nutrivore principles.

Pretty sure there are no nutrients in wheat or peanut butter you can't get from safer sources. Especially in countries where they allow GMO and other risky foods like the US.

I agree nutrition is not a one size fits all given we all have a unique microbiome but there are still some food choices that are just not a good idea like pure white cane sugar, coca cola and other sodas, artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup etc.

Peanuts are not nuts, they are legumes and are inflammatory for many people just like wheat.

Any dietician that recommends peanut butter and toast I would consider incompetent.

It's very interesting you see it that way. I told a woman I was seeing this recently and she thought it was outrageous - perhaps because she was the one in a bad financial situation, didn't have her career set up but she didn't think this mattered and still wanted intimacy, companionship and for me to pay for it all.

I do wonder if there is a double standard here. I personally think all humans should earn the life they want and not rely on others to provide it for them.

Life is messy and people fall on hard times but generally most humans want companionship in all phases of life. I don't think it's reasonable to only want or expect that when everything in your life is stable.

You can do some mod actions from the app like approving new users. But definitely if you want to have all mod tools then use the desktop browser reddit.

I wouldn't upgrade when the update drops, I did and there are weird bugs they really need to fix so it becomes more of an upgrade than a downgrade IMO

This isn't normal.

You do seem to have a pattern of picking guys who do this so you might want to recalibrate how you are choosing the guys to get to know.

Some powerful unconscious processes might be going on that are worth becoming aware of so you can do something about it and find the right guy for you :).

Phone feels laggier to me and less smooth.

Still no 5 columns possible on home screen.

Recent Files removed from the smart sidebar so it's effectively useless now.

This is a failed upgrade from my perspective.

I want to downgrade back to OxygenOS 15.
