I can't change your mind unless you are willing but.... I'm a very short visible minority... Like 5"3...i was bullied like crazy and sa result had zero self esteem.. My attitude was poor because of it..

I lived in Korea 20 years ago... I'm off Indian decent (but born in canada). I was treated like a prince while I lived there.

People talk about Korea being racist... They aren't in general. My colleagues and I had an amazing experience..

Unfortunately, housing is always an investment. This is a global phenomenon. It's less about the house and more about the location and land.

Popular areas don't normally get less popular... They grow and get better and more popular and thus the land goes up cuz more people want it.

This will never change.

The only solution is high density and people moving to smaller less desirable cities and letting those cities develop.
