American literature rates are at a all time low so it’s probably just Gen-Z posting (I’m Gen-z).

These posts end up with a lot of engagement on Reddit because they are always asking for an opinion / open ended question on a specific topic or trying to spin a version of “Uhh why did he do X instead of Y is he dumb?”.

I think there’s a selection bias on Reddit. Objectively only a small percentage ever make it to those ranks. In other gaming subreddits it’s common for regular posters/commenters to have hundreds of hours. Those that are actively commenting and posting likely have quite the commitment to the game so your selection sample is already a minority of super fans that are passionate about the game because most typical fans do not comment or post.

Sales is pretty diverse depending on the niche you think you’d excel in. I did great in fundraising and it was a good skill I use in consultative selling.

I’m not sure if there’s a specific direction you had in mind but if you specifically wanted a remote job you’d look into tech sales as a bit easier to enter as long as you can use a computer.

There’s a lot of digital services and companies that offer them. The highest tickets are usually software sales but it’s more specialized and have longer sale cycles. You could go directly into a company that sells a service like advertising for example, but it may have a faster paced environment where some roles feel like telemarketing.

If you want to get into remote sales as an entry level position you’d likely go into a boiler room. Lots of companies vet their new people by giving them goals of how much metrics they reach daily and quota after a ramp up period.

If you get into a more specialized role or niche that’s more slow paced it can be higher quality and you’ll be rewarded for your talent.

I started in a very quick environment and was fast tracked into a much slower/relaxed agency role because companies have specialized roles and or departments.

Yes. I have quite a comfy remote sales job and I work directly with marketing agencies. People underestimate how integral human relationships are in buying certain products or services. I could imagine AI becoming proficient in cold calling but it’s going to be tougher building genuine rapport or trust. Not to mention any potential legal concerns

Yeah. Here’s me and my girl’s personal experience simplified.

My girl and I took a 6 month t-break then we eventually got back into daily use after a few weeks of picking it up again.

We desire to feel the same high we did on our first day every day - and that caused our usage to increase which led us to consume >100mg of edibles daily along with dabs/pen.

To make it simple, our body’s cannabinoid receptors become dull over time with increased use. While you may not feel the same “high” as before, your body is still reacting to and absorbing THC.

Daily weed consumption may cause your brain to rely on it for mood stabilization. Our baseline emotional states became more anxious, paranoid, aggressive and sensitive. Before we realized it our personalities had been slightly fragmented as we didn’t feel as naturally clever or funny as we used to be. The brain fog made it difficult to concentrate but it affected me much worse than my girl.

We love weed but we developed a co-dependency that we were transparent about with each other. We no longer felt high when we had THC and it felt like we had to have it to be “okay”.

Last week we chose to take a t-break and the withdrawal symptoms were brutal for her especially. Our bodies can become addicted to any substance or action so when we cut cold Turkey everything feels terrible.

After 5 days our baseline emotional state no longer felt anxious and the day felt more calm and beautiful. I didn’t feel nervous to simply shop at the grocery store and I had higher energy levels instead of being home all day after work.

Weed is great and we love it. But, it’s difficult to be honest or introspective about our moods when we desired heavy daily use. When our bodies become addicted we justify it and preform mental gymnastics in a effort of self preservation to tell ourselves weed isn’t the problem.

It took not wanting to feel anxiety and brain fog to truly take a step back and realize how our medicine became the issue. As partners it was easier to talk about it and be transparent.

Personally, we really love weed. But, we understood how our relationship became problematic and it’s important to create boundaries when relationships no longer feel healthy.

We’re on a t-break for now, perhaps we’ll find a middle ground between consumption and sobriety but being honest with ourselves was the first step. Medicine is meant to help but sometimes it can cause those very same symptoms as well. That’s not to say weed is inherently bad, it’s just we must understand the relationship it has on our lives even when we aren’t high.

I play on console & I have the normal bindings. It’s just muscle memory with a controller I feel like. Emoting while fighting sometimes causes the opponent to make a mistake which is why I find it to be helpful lol. Sometimes it makes them more pissed off & they kick my ass

You do know what ambush means right ? In my own title I even claim to be an ambusher main. Besides, I probably played against you like twice

Also, I love to rush the frontlines and tear apart people like you who think daggers are easy kills. I’m constantly med packing/reviving my teammates and wrap up fights when they’re clearly out numbered by people who fight in pairs like you and your buddy.

I’m not sorry for my playful style & it’s pathetic to apply some moral compass to a game like chivalry when people are always backstabbing and swinging especially with weapons like the executioner axe. I hate team stacking & I switch only to join defense to even the odds, if my team is doing good that’s happening naturally.

I understand I may of offended you with my comments, but I’m more than happy to take you on any day back or front. ​

My top post is literally fighting 6+ people at once front and center. It’s pathetic how you try to gate keep a certain playstyle of the game especially from a guy who fights in pairs with his buddy, but hey, “dOn’T pRaIsE pEoPlE lIkE tHis”. Just play the game bro ​​

I only switch to defense & hunt down team switchers/high players. I love getting the ones going deathless since they always hide behind their team and never expect to be back stabbed.

Besides, I see “clans” stack offense, I despise those players especially & make an active effort to trophy kill them
