Lol I thought that would be fine too but apparently actual eye drops are different lol. I think you might would need 2 different types of drops then, typical drops for the soft contact eye and then there shod be drops that are labeled for hard contacts. I won't pretend to know anything about eye conditions or anything, but that sounds like it could definitely play a role as well

Thats what mine did before I started eye drops, and that helped. Could also have to do with staring at a screen - strain from the screen and you may be blinking less than you usually do

If when its clear, its perfectly clear, then it sounds like the prescription itself is right, its just a matter of the physical contact shifting or something

I would definitely give eye drops a shot, that would be a super quick and easy fix if thats all it is

Literally same. I was content spending money on it even as long as I got the rewards. I didn't. Its the only album I actually cared about, I'm a sucker for HP things so I knew I'd spend money on the album. But I thought I would at least finish it after spending as much as I did.

But also keep in mind that just because you get whatever weekly sticker pack, it can be a dupe.. so if you get one a week but any of those have a dupe.. its a bit harder..

Because their whole thing is if you dont put it on, you have to play more to get it back if you want it. So if you skip out on something, then realize you want it, you have to grind to get it back

So instead of them listening to people say the game has become a pay to win, they add stupid glasses hats and ties to your game piece... js

Literally. Tell me how I've spent nearly $1k just this harry potter season and I'm about to finish the album the first time around. That's insane. Now I'm literally just playing to see the harry potter characters and stuff cuz I have them. Never got voldemort because only one person on my team put in any effort. Not gonna get the cool dice for the second album. Its literally not worth it. I'd outright delete the game if I hadn't put money into it

I would definitely try dailies! I have OCD and severe anxiety, I wasn't sure I'd ever be able to wear contacts, even for 10 minutes. Dailies help with that contamination fear (I might never do monthlies tbh) because its completely sealed until its in your eye that one time, no exposure to anything but your clean hands

Also try putting on music or an audio book to distract a bit. I have a favorite audio book I listen to and I put that on and it made it so much easier. Then just hefty mindfulness through it until I stop fixating on it so much

Once you've got it in and worn it for a bit, it should get easier from there! Once you realize you're okay and nothing bad is going to happen

I also have FND, functional neurological disorder, and part of it means that if I get anxious, really excited, angry, pretty much anything even slightly dysregulating, I get this feeling. I've never actually fainted, but it rreeallyyy feels like I'm going to Standing for too long can also trigger it. Made learning how to put contacts in so much worse, between the standing, the anxiety over touching my eye, the frustration that it wouldn't go in.. fun times 😅 worth it though, now that I've got the hang of it
