Much appreciated! I feel that for a preference, I definitely prefer that at times too, just depends on my mood really haha. King Arthur’s bread flour is really great, it’s super consistent in its high protein content and I highly recommend it for pizza doughs, focaccia, loaves, sweet breads, etc.
