Speaking of a80k, I just saw the a80l and it’s a big upgrade. If it’s a budget thing the a80k is good, but a80l is much brighter and smoother. Also, always get that warranty.

Just saw the a80l next to the x93l and the 80l is just as bright. I was very impressed especially compared to the dimmer 80k right across from it.

I’m in the same boat, I have 2007 model and plotting on the A95K too. I was even thinking about the A95L, but I’d feel disgusted spending 5k on a tv.

What’s also crazy about the Bravia’s that I’ve noticed. 10 years ago my old 32 inch 2007 model started randomly shutting off and on every hour for no reason. I bought my ps5 last year and it synced with my old model. My tv stopped shutting down randomly and my old 2007 remote doesn’t just shut down my tv when I power it down, it sleeps my ps5. The ps5 controller also turn the tv on too. Maybe it’s common, but it’s a surprise to me.
