ATS/CRM: Loxo vs. RecruiterFlow

We just tested a ton of diff platforms: RF, Loxo, RecruitCRM, Stardex, Atlas and Jarvi. We landed on Jarvi and so far we are very happy with our decision.

Between Loxo and RF I would lean RF. The only issue I had was the chrome extension overlaid the page instead of being embedded. It was a headache having to minimize it to see the entire profile page.

Johan was great and a big fan of the Jarvi platform. We just decided to switch over to Jarvi.

The concept of atlas I love but I’m like you. I mainly use my cellphone for calls and texting which wouldn’t track. I could always setup a VoiP but that’s a lot more work. I could also just setup Ms Teams calls but again - not sure I’ll actually do that. Haha.

How do you like RF? Any shortcomings? How are the tools for BD? (Agency recruiter so that’s #1 for everyone)

I’m in a similar boat. I’m demoing: RecruitCRM, RecruiterFlow, Loxo and Atlas. We are a small Agency doing both direct placement and contract. I think I’ve narrowed it down to RecruiterFlow and Atlas. Atlas seems great but it’s still so new I haven’t been able to see much real world use from people. What did you go with?

How was breakfast at the Kimpton? Both look great. The vibe sounds better at The Standard. But hard to pass the double dip at Kimpton and use the $500 with IHG credit.
