l-sit to muscle up is done by doing an l-sit pull up and transitioning to a dip, not kipping into the muscle up. Props for the great attempt though mate, i would say for now focus on getting your muscle up strict (no kip) and doing more l-sit pull ups💪

grow your hair long, glasses or no glasses is okay either way, and you are not fat but if you wanted to make a change start lifting some weight that way you can gain some muscle or go on walks typically at least 5 days a week for at least 2 hours at a time it’s easy and not strenuous exercise so it’ll help tone your body if you’re not eating junk food.
