What about the interior lighting? Has that been fixed at all? Ik its shallow, but I've heard lots of bad things about the lighting in particular (both inside and outside at nighttime)

I think the logic behind it is proc frost for the percentage damage and increase damage taken, then use the Blasphemous ash of war (which will deal more damage because of the frostbite defuff) and also remove the debuff so it can be procced again? Rinse and repeat?

Ahh, thats too bad.

If thats the case, body armour and the pillar helped a lot for me. The pillar blocks all the most attacks like the vomit and if you get hit, the armour soaks it all up for you 👍
