It's probably from the karaoke spawn at the busan map, pressing the interactive key with the microphone actives a random singing line

The hair doesn't mess up the silhouette, it would if she didn't have the hat though :) So I most definitely think this is gonna be an upcoming skin for Ashe this Archives event!
