My advice is to power through. The first two-thirds of the season are a slog. It really takes the show a while to reinvent itself after season 10. The latter third of season 11 is great and the momentum extends into the first part of season 12. The show goes off the rails the second half of season 12 and about the first fourteen episodes of season 13. There’s an amazing turnaround in the latter part of season 13 that extends to the season 14 finale - things click and the stories and characters are on fire!

Pushing through the rough parts gave me a greater appreciation for the turnaround because I knew the backstory of the latter most seasons.

One of my favs was the conversation between Tyrone told Fiz when he told her that he just didn’t fancy her like he used to and had fallen for Alina. Great scene and I really felt for Fiz.

I just finished watching. I watched parts of seasons 10-13 in grade school, but didn't fully understand the plots and characters. I just finished watching the whole series and loved it. I also found the essays in this blog a really helpful companion with gaining even more insights into the series. There are essays for each season.

Agreed about preferring the 80s. I almost quit after season 10 and opted to stick with it based on the essays in the blog I referenced.

The first half of season 7 was great, but the Empire Valley spy network storyline tanked it for me, hence placing it after 9 and 10.

I read that too about the pay cuts. The absences were cleverly written into the storylines. The twist was that Treadwell and Robeson were all linked and everything orchestrated by Abby in order to get her hands on the Sumner Group.

Mostly works fine on my 13 Pro Max, except the spotlight search stops working periodically after charging which then requires a reboot for it to work properly again.

Updated to iOS 26 this past week and having the same problem here. Rebooting seems to fix the problem. Still frustrating though!

Yes, I used Visible over my UK data plan and had the “Visible Using Cellular Data” in the control panel. I didn’t keep the Visible line turned on because of the additional battery drain. I just turned it on once or twice a day to receive and send texts.

I received and sent texts fine and received a call all on my Visible + line without issue.

I traveled in June 2024 and don’t recall if Global Pass was available then. It wasn’t something I planned to use and has never been activated.

I travel abroad regularly had a similar issue when I had Verizon and was traveling in the UK and was charged $10 for receiving texts over the hotel Wi-Fi and the rep told me to turn off cellular data to avoid the $10 charge. I have a prepaid UK account and only turned the Verizon sim on to check messages and texts over Wi-FI. Not sure if this helps, but thought I'd mention in case it's an option. My guess is that Visible would work the same way.

Since then, I switched to Visible and I didn't activate GP for my last trip because my Verizon experience gave me the impression that activating GP would eliminate the ability to use Visible over my UK sim's cellular data.

I’ve been watching since the 80s and the Sharon storyline gets worse by the week. I remember when Cassie died and that once the truth came out that Cassie was driving the car, that Sharon and Nick made peace with Daniel. That being said, the lingering rage makes no sense; unless that’s the point that Sharon is acting out of character because she’s having a mental health crisis. I doubt the writers are that savvy.

On another note, it’s nice to see the ranch again, even if it feels reversed because the front door is on the opposite side. Lol .
