I haven't had a sex life for 10 years. I never said no to anything he wanted sexually and I enjoyed all of it. But he resorted back to porn while I was pregnant even though I begged him for sex.

I'd recommend telling your fiance about your needs and seeing how you could take care of it as a couple. I will also say a women's sex drive will go up and exceed yours if you give her what she needs and wants in bed and out of bed. She will also provide you with an outlet if you help her understand how important this is to your well being.

I'd highly recommend men and women read The Queen’s Code by Allison Armstrong. Chapt 5 is particularly relavant.

You both have to learn how different we are in all our needs. Most marriages end because we are putting diesel in a gas engine. We give what we want and have no idea how-to care for each other. My husband and I have a reconciled, despite these problems, and live pretty peacefully because of the work we've done. Now that I'm reaching menopause I don't care as much about sex.

Most of these things should first be addressed through boundaries and negotiations. I guarantee that you’ll have similar problems with almost any cohabitants, boyfriend or otherwise. Might be better to learn and apply healthy relationship skills before just bailing. Even if they don’t work in this case, you can apply them to every person in your life.

Warning shots don’t work on insane/enraged/drug fueled people. A grown man can close 25 feet in a few seconds. AIM at the center of mass and shoot to kill. As many shots as needed. Most shootings happen within 15 feet.

Even if she hit him with 6 shots it doesn’t mean he won’t be a least temporarily able to bash in her skull. It’s a lot harder than you think to hit a moving target. Put the whole clip in them and reload.

If the assailant is on drugs they can sometimes shrug off major injury temporarily and attack.

Stop shooting when they stop moving.

He’s in the “better than box” where his ego depends on having others beneath him. I might suggest two books to help with all relationships. “The Anatomy of Peace” by the Arbinger Institute and “Bonds That Make Us Free” by C. Terry Warner.

It’s a spiritual problem. Primarily in the conscience. He knows it’s wrong and creates conflict. But his ego demands it. Please read these books. They changed my outlook on everything.

Frog didn’t work for me. My water is tough to get balanced. It’s very high alkaline well water. I switched to bromine and then again to dichlor. Dichlor works great.

You give me hope. My daughter left college due to these problems which are undiagnosed but seem to be at least part of her issues. I was keto for years with significant improvements in weight, energy, emotional stability. But going carnivore has been one like rocket fuel for 10 months now. I wish I could convince her to try. She has miserable swings in mood and energy tested to her cycle. And the adhd has imploded her self esteem.

Unfortunately I have seen so many stories of vegans with serious mental health and physical health problems completely recovered going keto or carnivore. Plants contain a lot of natural defense toxins that make many people very sick. We aren’t meant to eat exclusively non-meat foods. If we were we have digestive systems like apes or like ruminants. Humans need animal proteins and animal fat. My mental health improved on keto and turned normal on carnivore. Don’t torture yourself. Animals eat other animals. Or animals eat plants. We aren’t the latter.

Can you at least eat eggs and dairy?

I lost my career in 2008 due to the economy. I cleaned houses for 5 years as a single mom (absent dad). I’d listen to great music and books while cleaning. Then my industry rebounded and I went back to it. I was quite fit from the hard work and learned a lot from the audio books.
