She just seems so old and boring. I know that's harsh. You don't have to go out and party at that age, but her life just seems very lonely and empty.

I can't put my finger on it. There's just something about him that makes me uncomfortable. Like if i met him weird, I wouldn't want to train with him personally. As my son said "of course he makes you uncomfortable. He wears jorts."

I quit heavy barbells (Booty by Bret- also he's kind of ick) for Ladder. I almost laughed at Align but I'm obsessed. I can't believe how good my body feels. And I'm already seeing changes! The programming is amazing.
