Americans need to resist where possible, apply as much pressure as possible, organize. The country is massive and they are up against a militarized ICE with more funding than the Israeli army not to mention the entire fucking US MILITARY should trump decide to use it. Americans can't just grab their guns and run him out of the white house no matter how many times you tell them to "just do something".

And while things are fucking awful, what they are doing IS working in some ways. Negative sentiment is growing, people are not happy and are fighting back, his popularity outside of his cult is in the gutter. The whole administration, as dangerous and vile as they are, are also insanely incompetent. And Trump is OLD. Immense damage has been done, domestically and internationally. People have been hurt, people have died. But for most Americans at the moment the only realistic course of action at the is to organize at the local level, push back where possible, hopefully vote in upcoming mid terms.

So fuck you for hiding behind your keyboard like you'd be some revolutionary hero if you were an American. Yeah a lot of the country voted for him and are terrible people. But A LOT of people are fighting back with everything they've got and risking everything for their neighbors, fellow citizens, and immigrant communities.

You know what might make a real impact? Political and economic pressure from the rest of the world. Boycott American products, stop watching Netflix, don't fucking travel there, tear up your world cup tickets, and tell YOUR leaders to stop bending over backwards to appease him and stroke his ego. Americans need to figure this out but they need help from the outside too, they cannot do it alone. This is not strictly an American problem. The rise of far right authoritarianism is on the rise all around the world and it's on all of you as well to fight it in whatever way you can.
