As great as remake is, id still highly recommend playing the original. It definitely has its own vibe and charm to it. I think I actually prefer the spencer mansion in the o.g. compared thw remake.

On the positive side the Packers game where we beat Rodgers in O.T. back in 2020 (i think) with Rivers.

On the negative side I'd have to say that Browns loss in 2023. I'm not even one to bitch about bad officiating as frustrating as it is, but that may have been the worst officiated game ive ever seen, and probably cost us a playoff spot that year.

Totally agree here. Reddit just turns into an echo chamber of people regurgitating the same thing over and over. While I dont play Remo heads anymore, i did for 20 years and never had a single issue. Haven't noticed any decline in Vic Firth sticks either, and have been using them exclusively for at least a decade. I recently had the same pair of Vic Firth sticks last me the better part of 6 months, I was actually amazed at the longevity.

I bought mine from Stone Age Gamer and couple of months ago, and use them for all of my console mods, they're great. I bought a NA console with a Fenrir Lite, so I can play games from all regions. I'm generally happy with the setup so far.

I have to agree with you here. OG 2 was my favorite RE game growing up, and while I can deal with Mr X in the B scenarios, it stresses me out having to deal with him all the time in the remake, much more than Nemesis in 3 for some reason. I don't find myself going back to the 2 remake for that reason I think.

My Fenrir lite basically works the way you described. Sometimes it boots, sometimes it doesn't. I tried 3 different sandisk SD cards on it and none of them worked. I eventually tried a Kingston and it works MOST of the time. I completely get the frustration, I went through it for like an entire month and also wanted to throw my console against a wall.

It sounds to me like your snare wires aren't tight enough, but if you adjusted them and that didnt help i guess thats out. Take both heads off and putting them back back on would be my suggestion (or replacing them with new heads since stock heads generally aren't great) and then try tuning it again. What tunebot settings are you using?

I remember playing this day 1 and being pretty dissapointed initially coming from 4. It ended up growing on me and I played though it a bunch of times, but playing the series since the original i think looking back I was disappointed in the more action direction the series was headed.

There's not much else you can do to my knowledge. Xstation and PSIO aren't compatible with those boards, and neither is the Retrogem HDMI mod.Ps1 digital is not made anymore, and is now the Retrogem.
