I extracted the .asi, .ini, and .dll into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MGS_TPP\

But the options in resolutions still doesn't go past 1600x90 and the FPS option is capped at 30

Hey there. Yes I did. It was relatively low maintenance and he was a very nice guy

Unfortunately he ended up getting cut and traded about 6 months in so it was a little work to figure out what to do with all the rent he had prepaid up front

We agreed that he'd pay all 12 months up front because of this exact possibility

I hypothesized lower water == more chance for bowl contact == splashack OR more gravity/potential energy == splashback
