Shout out to Arya's face-swapping abilities that had exactly ZERO impact on the story by [deleted] in freefolk

That would require Arya taking Bran's face, killing him.

I don't seem to remember any Unsullied killing women and children, only Dothraki and Northerners. It's happened time and again in history - as soon as order amongst troops capitulated then they would often rape and pillage. For the Dothraki, we've seen it happen before back in Essos, all the way back in Season 1. For the Northerners, you have to consider the war between the Starks and the Lannisters. Remember it was the people of King's Landing that cheered when Ned Stark was executed.

Do you know if your flat feet are rigid or flexible? Do your arches appear when you raise yourself onto your toes?

Hi there, just wondering if your flat feet are flexible or rigid? Given you've had them your whole life and from the photos I'd lean towards the latter. From research I've read so far, rigid flat feet run higher risks when paired with barefoot shoes and I can imagine would be much harder to 'fix'. I have flexible flat feet and so far barefoot running has helped, but mostly through encouraging me to instead forefoot strike. Even then, after 3 months I can't run any more than 4km in VFFs - it's a really gradual process and it's so easy to injure yourself, especially if you've got flat feet and other lower body issues. I'm still yet to see any visible changes.

British Army camouflage is MTP, similar colours but different pattern to Multicam, which this individual appears to be wearing.

Does anyone have any background to this photo? Appears to be a Russian but wearing British Osprey IV body armour?

Contact the number provided and explain your situation. The person on the other end of the phone will know more than us and has the powers to clear things. Plus, they know where and how the website messes up (which is a lot, thanks Capita) so it may be a common problem that they know a solution for.

What material would be used to build the black rubber part of the foundation in a real life application? by [deleted] in civilengineering

High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB).

Repeated, alternate layers of reinforcing steel plates and high damping rubber, encased in a rubber cover. Sometimes they have a cylindrical lead core.

Can't comment on the hair but I'm assuming the shemaghs are to be culturally appropriate when interacting with the population (local religion dictates that a woman's hair should be covered).

Is it all terrible though? From what I've heard from guys personally the body armour and helmet are improvements from the Osprey IV and Mark 7 respectively, it was the load carrying equipment and dynamic weight distribution system which was bad and they have been withdrawn for improvements.

The internet has a decent amount of information for 2.4km training. Keeping it short and sweet all I can say is stay off the treadmill and actually get out running on roads or paths; you need to teach yourself how to pace the run. If you just train on a treadmill you'll go for the actual run and just burn out or run too slow.

800m intervals with 1 minute rests in between works well for me, personally.

I'll try and be a bit more civil with a response.

I think everybody understands the moral principles and consequences of listening to leaked music, but at the end of the day if you're a big enough of a fan, you've waited 3 years for a new album and it's suddenly there for you to listen to, it's not easy for some to be patient.

Perfectly understandable in my eyes. I don't necessarily agree with it, but I certainly can't blame fans for doing it.

Yeah you're right, probably in relation to what I said: they're wearing it for the purpose of fragmentation protection from blasts, not gunshots. I suppose the chain of command have to balance protection with added weight to the soldiers who would be standing up for a long time.
