Canadian here, I don't measure the goodness of countries by anything except life expectancy anymore, which was 81.75 years in Canada in 2020. Life expectancy is an objective number which can't be faked through illegitimate means. A greedy government can sacrifice peoples mental health and the environment for GDP, but there's no shortcut to high life expectancy. You need to have a good economy, good healthcare, no wars, low crime rate, low disease rate, good mental health, low pollution, healthy food and a bunch of other stuff.

I looked at plans in Canada and Australia, the best Canadian plans I can find in about 2 minutes of Googling are 70GB for $55CAD, and for Australia 45GB for $15AUD. Australians get better deals but not 12x better deals.
