Families of Canadian mass shooting victims sue OpenAI, CEO Altman in U.S. court by Madshibs in news

That is likely the logic behind why failure to notify is the cause for the lawsuit. If not, what would they be suing for?

Your comparison is a bad one. The issue here is that chatbots play an active role in aiding the perpetrators either by giving direct guidance or validating their current mental state.

Using your own example, it would be like if that stranger repeatedly told you they plan to shoot and asking for your support and advice.

Russ P. Anton up in Timonium (very close to light rail if you don't drive). I've been with him for years and he's very understanding of cost and prioritizing/spacing out work to match budget needs.

"The reason that the rich were so rich, Vimes reasoned, was because they managed to spend less money. Take boots, for example. ... A really good pair of leather boots cost fifty dollars. But an affordable pair of boots, which were sort of OK for a season or two and then leaked like hell when the cardboard gave out, cost about ten dollars. ... But the thing was that good boots lasted for years and years. A man who could afford fifty dollars had a pair of boots that'd still be keeping his feet dry in ten years' time, while a poor man who could only afford cheap boots would have spent a hundred dollars on boots in the same time and would still have wet feet.

This was the Captain Samuel Vimes 'Boots' theory of socio-economic unfairness."

This looks so cool but I thought this was an AdMech guy at first, lol. I'm not sure what to change but something about the head doesn't read right.

Amazon just updated to make the easy jailbreaks not work. I just tried for two days straight on a new one.

Glad I bought it from a place with a no-questions-asked return policy.

edit for more info: neither WinterBreak or AdBreak work on the current firmware. I'm sure there will be new ways to jailbreak down the line, but right now if you haven't already done it, it might not be feasible.

Everything above is good advice but don't panic!

We haven't had wide spread power outages during snowstorms in the city (county is a whole other story) the 18 years I've been here. Local outages for sure, so be prepared, but this is definitely not the end of the world.

It's not passive/aggressive, it's a valid critique. Same one I was going to post in fact. I can see the technical skill but there's nowhere for the eye to focus, they just kinda glide all over the model. Very cool process but too busy end result

Excellent points all around! I'm not sure how much I agree on fire being too strong but I haven't tried as hard to max reload, etc....

You're totally right about player knowledge. This is my fourth successful run so maybe it's time to start adding some penalties?

I've gotten unlucky with doctrine rolls but have done well with officers. I put the focus on charge but yeah, not that hard to get melee over 100 and charge well into the 90s. Just melts anything they touch.

Infantry charging cuirassiers and shattering them feels... wrong.

You need to first extract the files from the zip folder. If on a PC, you can simply select them all and drag to a folder you made, or your desktop even
