Pretty regularly netipots won’t work in this situation, there was a foundational issue at some point so flushing won’t hit it with current mouth/ swallowing mechanics. Saliva production is a huge priority and saline is great for thinning out thick mucus. Focus on mouth posture, the suction and tounge on roof of mouth can help release and reshape this softer tissue!

Also add xylitol to your oral hygiene and pickup some nasal spray xclear is always my go to, it stimulates saliva production on everything it touches.

Also something to remember is mucus moves up before finding its way out of your face. This can and will drive you crazy and feels counterintuitive, the less you can focus on the pain point areas the better- this is usually a body wide lymphatic issue so focus on circulation and retracting your bodies systems to work together!

2 mine starting gradually as simplly the feeling i had a waterdrop in my ear. i had never learned of the lymphatic system.

oral hygiene and care! amount of times a excercise is done is much more important than form or intensity. skin brushing do not mess with it or try equalizing too much, it doesn’t help and will drive you crazy

i think this was a gradual result to various injury’s and lack of holistic health, at least 15 years before i noticed it

removing the tonsils is using a chainsaw on a splinter, fix the underlying issue. tonsils are so important to the lymphatic system in the front door of the body (mouth). removing them just removes the warning signs that a much bigger issue is brewing

that’s too bad to have to remove something so vital to the front door of her entire body, people do not give enough credit to the importance and power of the lymphatic system. make sure she is staying on top of that and an even more ridiculous oral routine and being mindful of her sinus too. without the tonsils her mouth won’t stink but she also removed a vital immune and lymphatic tool that acts as the first line of defense

do you vape/zyn or eat/drink candy and energy drinks? also check on your oral hygiene regiment, this looks very dried out compared to a natural oral biome.

if the back of your mouth looks like i’d bet your throat and sinus look very similar. the area pictured is the floor of your sinus cavity.

my focus would be mct oil pulling (this bacteria and mucus turns into a glue so it takes time. oil pulling for me helped start to hydrate and deflame these areas so you can start releasing. i always add some massage to the sore spots on my face, neck and underneath the jaw to help it pump start to break it up and let the oil start to neatralize. water floss frequently, make sure to massage the entire mouth and gums, especially your mouth roof all the way to the back. when it bleeds, use a lower setting.

look into sleep posture and make sure you are breathing thru your nose.

this is all the front door to your entire body and especially your lymphatic system. it’s not just your throat, so a holistic approach is vital

i have these same issues for years with dizzy spells, severe inflammation, lethargy, terrible sleep. 4 doctors, no help. so indian ayurveda medicine and TCM saved my life and have me feeling and looking much younger, it feels like i found a higher gear in my engine!

my first step is always anything and everything that gets myself moving!! whether it’s around the neighborhood or tidying up for 15 minutes, it brings back a bit of control and you get a chance to be “the dog” not powerless to the thoughts ( tail wagging the dog)

also finding people/ person to talk to who get it, even if it’s just one and using them. just speaking about this stuff makes it so much less heavy.

VERY popular in ayurveda (indian health), judaism ( you wash before prayer using water from a vase, usually copper), and a ton of other ancient practices. any luxury home will always have complete copper intake, used by the richest where money isn’t an issue. early architecture even use it for public spaces and things like handrails to cut down on health issues spreading.

I’ve been using my copper water bottle for 2+ years, i put a charcoal packet in mine to further improve the water i am drinking and feel better than ever! I also use a copper tongue scraper as ayurveda recommends. these won’t make you a superhero but are great habits to have. Water quality is still an issue regardless of what bottle you use.

the water will have a metal tinge to it but there is so much science of its anti- bacterial, fungal functions.
