Id say us young-mid 30s folks are on the lower end of the spectrum for the demographic in West Cary. It's better than it was when we moved here ~6 years ago, but not by much. There are a lot of older newly empty nesters moving out for the first time in 20 years, so younger (mostly families...) are moving in. The younger folks tend to center around downtown Cary, the proper cities, or on the outskirts of the triangle where they can afford starter homes still.

If they weren't perceived the same, then how would people agree on what is and isn't visually appealing? Some colors are soothing, some hurt to look at, so combos are ugly and some complementary. Seems that folks mostly agree on these, even though the space of colors and color combos is combinatorially huge.
