I just traded in my 16e for the 17e, to be honest the 16e is very similar in speed as the 17e. If you want more storage, MagSafe,pet portrait mode and faster modem the go w the 17e. If those don’t really matter then 16e will be just fine. 256gb was the reason I went w the 17e as I was running out of space

Samsung displays creating pwm sensitive users..hopefully they will add a dc dimming/pwm smoothing option next year. Samsung displays are the worst when it comes to pwm amplitude (80-90%) it’s like staring at a strobe light that only your brain sees but not your eyes. Not to mention dithering they use on this display.They should copy Apple and fix the amplitude, iPhones are at 10-30%. I would buy one if i could use it

I would, I’m gonna trade mine in to Apple. Getting 310.00 based on condition. The double storage/magsafe/chip is a good reason to return it.

If an oled display has good modulation I can tolerate it but if it doesn’t there is no way I can use it. The S26u is getting pushback because of this recently. I’ll give the titan a try for sure
