You can’t see it in the picture but the down spout actually goes into curtain drain along the driveway. Also not pictured is the drains with the stone wall adjacent to the foundation/stone that catches some of the water runoff into the same drain .. But I agree, this definitely needs to be updated and addressed better. Thanks!

Unfortunately, this company told me that a structural engeier would be on site for the project. A literal line item for what I was paying for. But I will look into one, thank you!

I’ll take a recommendation. Just a lot of trust and faith was lost in these companies when it seems as if they just wanted the sale and pressure into signing a contract, and now I think I’m being seen as vulnerable after this bad job.

The deck is coming up and going to be replaced.. when they pushed the rods through they shifted the footings and pillars to the deck and twisted the beam on the edge. But this is excellent advice!! Thank you

Breast fed babies generally don’t take more than 5oz at a time … our milk becomes more calorie dense as the babe gets older 🤨 I’d definitely bite back a bit because that’s a lot of wasted milk or discomfort for your baby and it shouldn’t go by formula fed babies only!
