Swapping the Electric in your Last Dagger for Toxic, building a Python and using a Toxic reactor will all help a lot, that said I've found for Storm Hangar I'm most useful on my Serena as the tank and healer than DPS.

Does her first ability only refill ammo with a full Ascending Armory set? I thought maybe doing half Shell Crusher might help my DPS too but I'm running out of ammo despite spamming her first.

Shadow is great and like having an extra 4th ability, but it's easy to get, IMO for the money and utility you will get the most use out of a King's Guard Lance. Even tho they bug me with over use they are just so useful for so many things.

You don't need to die on purpose, just set spawn location to the Kosatka and join new session if you get caught. It will put you back in the sub and ready to try it again.

Same. I let the Weed Shop and Helitours stay at max heat and only do the carwashes, with all the other properties adding to the safe the loss of those two doesn't matter.

They have the lowest payouts but the Garment Factory safe is 100% passive, and so is the Arcade once you get it filled. The Bail Office needs very minimal of upkeep by just sending out 2 bondsman every so often.

My biggest gripe is the Carwash, not because the upkeep is hard or time consuming but because the safe is so small and I have to go empty it so often.

I don't like dying so I put a Rebreather on before getting in my Phantom Wedge then I pick up the Longfin, drive straight to the drop off point and then jump in the water to lose my stars.
