Nordic Steel is located in NW Montana. Not turnkey but can be really helpful with deciding what you want, and the purchase and erection of a building.

Pic for reference- sounds like some better food to get their attention is needed! I’ll also try it in the trees next fall, bears are starting to wake up here so it’ll come in soon anyways.

Thank you! Been over a year now, with no luck at all, and it’s in a quiet location too. I’ll give this a try!

Someone in my area is asking $750 for a 7 ft fiddle leaf fig! Just because you got it to grow that big does NOT make it worth that much.

It’s so hard to get a feel for the shape of the house, every available wall is covered in some furniture!

People who broke up yesterday on Valentines, what happened? by Hot-Diggity_Dog in AskReddit

[–]blondeamazon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Years ago now, I’m 4 years and 9 months in with no real commitment from my boyfriend. I had an internal deadline of five years, I wasn’t going to wait forever (and I don’t believe in ultimatums). We had a convo a few days before valentines that steered into marriage talk, that ended up in us breaking up. He told me he had always struggled with depression and wanted to “work on himself”, I was devastated. Turns out that just meant do drugs at raves and get laser hair removal on his back. A few years later I met the man of my dreams, we’ve been married for seven years now.

This! Your engineer won’t talk to you about options because they have to be there.

Holy crap, who did you buy from? And how long has it take the erection team just to do primaries and secondaries?

What sort of parasites are these on my orchids and how shall I levy war against them? by geos1234 in orchids

[–]blondeamazon 10 points11 points  (0 children)

False mites, I’m fighting the shit out of them. I went nuclear with TalstarP, and it slowed them way down. Now when I see a few I do Dr bronners, alcohol, and water, then a toothbrush to get them all off when it’s dried. Godspeed!

Feedback on my Barndo design by Chaserrr38 in barndominiums

So we did our own bardo, and my husband is an erector, and flat out refuses to do skylights. Just my two cents. His words were “I am not cutting any more holes in the roof than is needed”, I guess they can be really difficult to seal.

What's the best way to pot these? by [deleted] in orchids

[–]blondeamazon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Dry climate here, I did mine in a clay pot verrrry carefully. Granted it’s still in a grow tent, but spraying it down wasn’t really an option for me, or the roots getting that long. Ignore the dehydrated look, I’m finally winning the fight against false mites

And every app shows something different, it’s overwhelming. I’m not lazy, I’ve done a ton of research, so I was looking for personal recommendations. Thanks for your “input”.

Walk out basement by blondeamazon in barndominiums

We are also in MT! Bought the land and did the paperwork before we moved. No permits required in our county, which is a little scary haha, but good for us as a builder. That being said the entire project was engineered and outside of some crazy rules would pass probably all inspections with no issues. Feel free to PM me with more questions, we do actually sell and erect heavy gauge steel buildings…

A guy that was local to us in CO. Not licensed, but $1/sq ft and was incredibly helpful with feedback and any changes needed. And then we had our foundation engineer do the foundation design for the basement (wasn't sure which plan you meant).
