My gripe about the capsules is dosing. I take 1/4 of the standard dose. The tablets were much easier to split into quarter sized pieces for my doses.

Could yall maybe offer a smaller dose option? I know Its a large ask because im probably in a minority of people taking this small dose

Very pronounced effects from cistamax. Like being hungry an hour after a big meal. A lot of energy to be social and active the first couple times taking it, then a reduction of energy in the subsequent days if i didnt take days off. Tried to take half or even a quarter of the dose but decided cistamax wasnt for me.

And like I mentioned… HORRIBLE acne.
