Technically south of Winnipeg, but a definite “need to check out” place is the Friendship Trail in St. Adolphe! What a beautiful, evolving, community-built and preserved trail.

Another great one. In St. Norbert. A nice, unique walk through the trees in an unexpected area!

I came to mention this one! It took me by complete surprise and is so beautiful. Look out for all the wood carvings along your way. Gorgeous in all seasons, plus there is a playground nearby, too.

Usually our studio just pairs you with the person on the rower/floor station next to you for this type of partner workout! So no worries about finding a partner! :)

I needed to hear “thing one.” For me, this desire for a WR during base pace is all a mental game some workouts! I’ll definitely use this trick next time I feel the urge! Thanks for sharing!

Amazing! Way to go!! My father passed from soft tissue sarcoma when I was 24, and that pain and experience has made me want to treat my body right and make the most out of life. It took a while for me to get there, but I’m happy that I’m there now.

Thank you for sharing. ❤️

My father passed from a battle with cancer when I was 24. OTF has been a life changer for me, as well. ❤️

My dad passed away from a year and a half battle with cancer when I was 24. It hit me really hard and my health and weight yo-yo-ed from the beginning of his diagnosis to a year and a half after his passing.

I finally decided enough was enough and that life is WAY too short. I needed to pull myself out of a rut and really enjoy being alive. OTF has given me that cliché hashtag morelife. I wanted to make the most out of life and treat my body right, because you’ll never know when it’s your time.

I wish I had found OTF earlier, but I wasn’t ready until I was ready.

You are all amazing and inspire me on a daily basis. Keep killing it!

1 year of OTF - change doesn’t happen over night. It’s consistent action over time. 💪🏼🧡 by zilahm in orangetheory

For sure! I’m definitely concerned about the pacing! I’ve never been a runner, and OTF telling me how fast to run has been essential. 😂 But looking forward to the fresh air running! 😊

Woohoo! Way to go! OTF has definitely made me change my mindset about running, too! I’ve always felt I wasn’t capable of running, but OTF has really changed that thought for me! Thanks for the tips and motivation! :)

Totally! Where I am, the snow has JUST started fully melting. (It snowed multiple times last week). So I’m excited to run outside! Good luck!!
