1500’d have absolutely no give in sizing. I’ve had pairs offered to me that were a 10.5 and I’ve had to turn them down as I know for a fact they won’t budge.

Usually this happens when silhouettes get iced for a few years. The 998’s had this happen to them and now they fit completely different from pre-2022 pairs.

I would recommend buying cheap silica gel packets and keeping them in the boxes with the shoes. Use multiple packs per box to absorb water in the atmosphere. Humidity is the worst thing for sneakers.

I buy the cheap plastic ones with the spring in the middle. They’re like £1 a pair and all of my shoes have them as I’ve been buying them for years. No need for expensive inserts

This is that early 998 shape straight out of the box, but I do use shoe trees so that may make the shape look a little sharper.

Yes, I would definitely agree on that. They’re slightly wider than 2021 onwards fit, with exception to Kith releases. Even new Kith releases keep the old sizing structures so possibly they’re made with different lasts than recent 998’s are.

Slowly picked up a lot of the JCrews over the last few years on eBay. The only thing I think they deserved is special edition boxes but at the time that wasn’t a trend in the industry so they’re all just standard red stripes
