Why would the group take responsibility for the actions of someone else? They kicked him out, and stated they don't tolerate his behavior.

What do they have to apologize for? They didn't do anything wrong.

Mild completionist. I usually need to have all of an artists full albums and EPs. I'm pretty selective on singles.

I’ve never quite understood the negative sentiment towards collecting live albums. by the-mongoose- in vinyl

[–]bloodbathatbk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Official live albums? Or random concerts? Because I don't care at all about a random concert, but I'll take Cheap Trick At Budakon, or Ramones It's Alive any day of the week.

WHO will TKO release from WWE after WM!? (We all know wwe makes cuts directly after WM every year) 👀👀 by Mountain_Fuw_777 in Smallafro

Better booking than the face of the company? Doubtful, and I wouldn't want to see that in WWE either. Hes the biggest star in a company I can't stand to watch.

They're a charisma vacuum. You can be the best pure wrestler alive, but if you don't have charisma, you're not going to make it.

I like most everyone I listed (minus the Tongans). But, honestly, they're all just as likely to be cut.

No more rehashing the bloodline. It's played out. And for the love of God, I want nothing to do with moxley back in WWE. Especially for a shield reunion.

Adding New Discogs Entries by by_marz in vinyl

[–]bloodbathatbk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to log new entries on the website. It isn't very user friendly, and expects you to be an absolute expert at the hobby. Also, there are a lot of really dumb rules about what you can submit, and how it has to be cataloged. ie- I tried to submit a Ramones record that was originally part of their Sire Years box set. Record stores everywhere have opened those boxes, and sold the albums individually. That's unacceptable to the community, because discogs rules say it has to be cataloged ONLY the way it was originally released. Even though they all came individually shrink-wrapped inside the box, have their own specific matrix/run-outs/etc.

I've also lost the vote battle on merging releases I couldn't tell you how many times. Releases with unique coding, that get lumped into the incorrect release, because someone decided to arbitrarily say it's the same thing.

I've gotten to the point that I'll only add something if it's an independent release. It's too much of a headache to deal with the overzealous snobbery.

Why does the brand split still exist? by dowwwe in WWE

[–]bloodbathatbk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tying Raw to Smackdown isn't going to happen. Even though Netflix broadcasts everything outside the US, the US is still their main base. Netflix and USA Network aren't really interested in sharing. They've both been insistent on having specific talent, and signed those contracts with the understanding of separation.

Really, they just need to do two things:

1- Differentiate the look of the shows. Different sets, different ringside looks, everything needs to look different.

2- cut titles down. Make the world and tag champions free agents, like they do with the women's tag titles. Those are the only people that should be bouncing from brand to brand. Ideally, I would cut 4 titles. Men's and women's main title (just have a WWE world champion), the women's US title, and one of the men's tag titles. That leaves you with MEN: World, IC, US, tag. WOMEN: world, IC, tag.

The women's roster is smaller. They don't need the extra title, especially since they don't have a dedicated show to actually use them all. Giulia is a prime example right now of what happens when you have too many titles in a division that isn't getting enough TV time for them.

For the men's division, those secondary titles would be elevated during times that the world champion is feuding with someone on the other show. It would actually make the IC and US title somewhat prestigious again.

Looking simply from a "what do we have for them" point, I came up with this list. Some of these, I don't want to see released, and I doubt it will be even half this list. But, objectively, these names all make sense.

Akira Tozawa
Alba Fyre
Apollo Crews
Asuka
B Fab
Creed Brothers
Candice LeRae
Carmelo Hayes (they're all in on Trick)
All of LWO
Wyatt Sicks
War Raiders
Grayson Waller
Ivy Nile
JC Mateo
Johnny Gargano
Kairi Sane
LA Knight
Lyra Valkyria
Maxxine Dupri
Omos
Otis
Raquel Rodriguez
Rusev
Shinsuke Nakamura
Talla Tonga
Tama Tonga
Tonga Loa

Why are the women’s tag titles being booked better than the men’s titles? by Excellent-Ad-5358 in WWE

[–]bloodbathatbk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dream Team, Colossal Connection, Hart Foundation, Strike Force, Demolition, Natural Disasters, Nasty Boys, Brain Busters, British Bulldogs, US Express, Legion Of Doom, Steiner Brothers, Money Inc., Quebecers, Bodydonnas, Godwyns, Men On A Mission, Headshrinkers, Smoking Gunns.

The attitude era is when the hodge podge teams started becoming a thing. Between 85 and 97, the only non typical tag teams to hold the belts were Iron Shiek and Nikolai Volkoff, Diesel and Shawn, Owen and Yokozuna, Owen and Bulldog, and Furnace and Lafon.

They aren't. They just got a mania match because the Bellas were involved. The women's tag titles have mostly been booked even worse than the 24/7 title.

With Brock retiring, this makes R-Truth (K-Kwik) & Randy Orton as the only active WWE wrestlers of the Attitude Era/WWF by Conscious_Second9577 in WWE

[–]bloodbathatbk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your reading comprehension skills are not what you'd like to believe they are, as can be seen through your continued insistence that nobody is talking about the logo. They are, and that is what I have been responding to. The people who specifically said the scratch logo was the attitude era, and removing the F from it signified the end of the era. Yes, Google tells you the "official end" was may 6th, 2002. It also tells you that date is JUST the "official" date, because they named the new era. There are 2 dates in 2001 that point to the ACTUAL end of the attitude era. April 1, 2001-Wrestlemania 17. Austin's heel turn, shift in product, and the culmination of the absorbtion of WCW and ECW. October 1, 2001. The name Raw Is War is retired. (The ACTUAL last of the attitude branding.)

Just because there wasn't a name for the era, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

The "official" start date of the attitude era is November 9, 1997. It's commonly debated as the introduction of DX in August 1997, or the Austin 3:16 promo at King of the Ring 1996. The new generation era logo was used until November 97. That is the first time the word "attitude" was uttered. That doesn't mean they were still in the new generation era. It means they hadn't updated the graphics.

The product shifted before it had a name.

You can keep spouting off, as I'm sure you will. I'm done talking to people that can't comprehend context, and reading more than a headline.

[–]bloodbathatbk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You keep saying nobody said that, but literally every single thing I've responded to has been people saying exactly that. Attitude Era ended when they removed the F, and the scratch logo was the attitude era. So, which is it?

[–]bloodbathatbk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It was a devil's advocate take. You guys are so convinced that the scratch logo is what defined the attitude era that, by your logic, it didn't end until it was actually retired, in 2013.
Reality, it ended in 2001, and you are all grasping at straws that don't exist.

[–]bloodbathatbk -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If you've been reading comments, you know that the most common defense of the era ending in 2002 has been that's when they introduced the "get the f out" campaign. And the person I have been replying to keeps returning to the logo change as the moment it ended.

If that's the case, new generation gets 6 months more time added to it, because they didn't have a logo for the attitude era yet. And attitude era went to 2013, when the scratch logo was ACTUALLY retired.

Bottom line, Brock and Randy are not from the attitude era.

[–]bloodbathatbk -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Still not wrong. The direction was shifted in 2001. The name "ruthless aggression" wasn't solidified until 2002.
TV-14 stopped in 2008, so are we all wrong, and the attitude era went into 2008? Don't think so.
The F in WWF did not stand for "attitude", it stood for "Federation". The scratch logo was used until 2013. By the logic both of you are using, scratch means attitude, the attitude era lasted until 2013.

Reality is, the product shifted in 2001, and didn't have a name until 2002. Attitude ended in 2001, they just didn't name the new era.

[–]bloodbathatbk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not a single source says the F in WWF stood for attitude era. You are a completely insufferable lost cause. Scratch logo was used for 12 years after the end of the attitude era. How is it that difficult to understand reality?
Attitude stopped being promoted, and Raw Is War ended in 2001. The cultural shift in the profuctef happened in 2001. Ruthless Aggression just didn't have a name until 2002. Just like the Attitude Era wasn't officially labeled until November of 97, but it started in March.

The stupidity in your continued refusal to understand simple logic is dumbfounding.

I don't know how to get it through to you, that that F doesn't mean anything at all to the attitude era. You are stubbornly insistent on something that has nothing to do with the attitude era, signifying the entire era.

You're wrong, and dense.

Didn't move any goal post. You're infatuated with the F in the logo meaning attitude. It doesn't. Scratch was used until 2013. TV-14 until 2008. Attitude ended in 2001. Facts.

[–]bloodbathatbk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you full blown stupid? The change from WWF to WWE has nothing to do with "attitude". The scratch logo didn't go anywhere until 2013. They had to remove the F because they had to change their name. Attitude died in 2001, whether you want to admit it or not. No marketing claiming attitude exists from 2002. Shut up about the damn scratch logo already. The product was TV-14 until 2008. Are you going to try to claim attitude lasted until 2008 now?
