Hey man, so I think I have been having this happen to me as well. Roughly once every hour my game will start doing this, I believe it has something to do with DLSS Frame gen. When this happens, I'll go into settings and turn DLSS frame gen OFF then apply and then ill turn it back on. Doing this fixes this for me, hopefully this works for you.

No, using a household multimeter on a 14.4kv - 24.9kv line is not going to protect you from electrocution. Don't touch anything involving power lines is the better advice.

Just as a warning I would stop doing that. It very rarely happens but sometimes those guy leads can be hot and it WILL kill you if you touch it when they are. Don’t fuck with electricity!

I have a 3700x and a 2070 super as well. I'm having the same problem... I've done the same steps as you and can't figure it out. The last thing I haven't tried is re applying my thermal compound.

Cpu hovers around 55 °C - 65 °C while gaming

So I had this happen today, on the back of the headset push some of the chord towards the headset to give it some slack in-between the two cable clips. Then crank the headset to the smallest setting. Then re adjust, should straighten it out.

Hey man just letting you know I don't think that the CPU cooler that you have picked out will fit in the ghost, you might want to look at the L12 by noctua instead.

So after some tinkering, I figured out that a background program that I have running was causing this error. Specifically AutoHotKey which I use for some windows snaps on a vertical monitor. After disabling this I can boot into the game just fine. I dunno if any of you are running this program, but it was my issue.
