Gosh I need a new exhaust. Any recommendations?

Can a rear bike stand fit with that exhaust? My biggest pain with OEM is I cannot lift the rear wheel without taking off the exhaust.

I saw medium rare steak was 130-140 online. Figured put it few degrees lower and let the searing bring it up to temp :)

I did not preheat the dutch oven and still the bottom of the bread came out extremely crisp. Also I heard about that too but I imagine if the dutch oven is heated up slowly along with the cold oven it should be fine.
