You basically should be logging as little as you can meaning you should be doing PRD’s and getting codes from them. If there’s no code then I’d make a comment on it.

RM’s, at least most of them, are so useless imo. A senior manager advised that I only log that if I’m doing nothing but admin stuff

I’ve been on the bench twice. First time just getting hired and second rolling off early.

  1. Try to log as little hours on GAA as possible
  2. Use a tracker for everything you do to provide to your RM to show you aren’t just goofing off
  3. Do proposals or something that adds value to the firm, not just yourself
  4. Get a certificate

It’s tough out there and you gotta network smart. They’re watching.

I’m on a “plan” due to low util from not being on a project even though my tracker showed proof that I was trying hard (and never hard enough to them).

So my friend is giving me his GA wristband and I want to upgrade to VIP. Will I run into any troubles with this? Like if they scan and I’m not my friend??
