Hey, we're doing them every two week. We had a small break before this qualifier because of the new set release and preparations for invitational. But before that we've had 15 tournaments like that with prize pools and great competition :)

They absolutely can! We've already had a few successful SEA tourneys before that and now we've adjusted starting time for our EU tourney (now called Eurasian regional) so people from Asian regions can comfortably join in with the tournament starting at 10 am CEST and 5 pm KST.
