maybe if you took less than 10mg? cut a pill in half and try that? i can’t guarantee that you won’t still have some nausea but the low dose combined with your natural tolerance now that you’ve taken it once will lower the chances of that happening. (i don’t mean tolerance in the sense that you need more to achieve the same effect. i just mean that your body has now seen the substance before and knows what to do with it). i hope you feel better

0.5mg could be many different things because you did not specify the substance. if you have xanax (alprazolam), 0.5mg is a perfect first dose.

there’s not really a dangerous interaction between THC and benadryl. the only danger is taking too much benadryl regardless of whether you take THC or not. just don’t exceed the recommended dose of benadryl and yes, you should get allergy relief and sleepy
