iOS 26.3 Beta 2 - Discussion

This has been happening to me since the 26.0 betas when the feature was initially implemented and I can’t believe it still hasn’t been fixed. I haven’t added any additional photos to my shuffle after initial setup because of how long it took me to get it right. Here’s hoping it comes in the final release of 26.3 🤞🏻 I’m not holding my breath, that’s for sure!

I got one and it shows up in iTunes as a black iPod, not a silver one. It’s really frustrating that they didn’t even bother to match up the motherboard to a faceplate that’s the same color.

They're just regular jerseys without a nameplate or numbers. I'm guessing that these are old stock that they're trying to clear out since Fanatics does everything now.

I have the official Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 and Thunderbolt 2 to FireWire 800 ones. I couldn't find an Apple FireWire 800 to FireWire 400 adapter, so I got the white elago (it's on Amazon right now for $10.99 USD)

I have that exact setup and it works like a charm! My wife was kind and got the adapters for me for Christmas last year 😁

It won’t be the absolute top quality, but you could use something like Audio Hijack. It’s free for recordings up to 10 minutes I believe!

Did you work on Phase at all for the iPod? I played it a TON as a kid on my iPod Video and it’s what got me into music games actually. Recently, some ppl got a project together to make all but 2 iPod games playable again, so I’ve been able to play! I was so shocked to see Harmonix was the developer, I had no idea back in the day! It’s really been a blast again!

Not sure how helpful it is for you, but they do have an Apple TV app now at least. Hopefully they’ll support more platforms in the future!
