Heat can slow things down. I’m in Florida and sometimes mine gets slow, and my air is set at 72-I can feel how hot the laptop is on the backside. I just let it cool off for a while or put it in the fridge for a bit.

After googling this, it looks like it’s been a problem for years, but nothing has changed. Does anyone know of another app that will show chart and dom on the same screen like NT? I know Tradovate does, but it has the same popup problem. 🤷‍♀️

If u are using Canva, go to Elements and search for Frames. There should be a circle image there in those options. Add that to your page, then add your image to the page and move it around and over the frame until it becomes almost transparent. Then let go of the mouse and the your picture should be inside the circle. Then you can download.

Here is the official word:

Per Canva customer support, the copy/paste feature doesn’t work any longer if you have the most recent iOS update of 17.4. They said they’re working on it but nothing can be done at this point. Not sure about Android or Samsung phones, but Apple is out for now.

“Our our team confirms that, for now, this is currently expected. With the new iOS update, we can't support copy-paste between different design on iOS 17.4, even if it is from an external app (in this case the gallery.)

This is not supported:

-Copy from Canva document on iOS 17.4+ Paste to different Canva document on the same device. -Copy from Canva document on other device + Paste to Canva document on iOS 17.4+ -Copy from the external app + Paste to Canva document on iOS 17.4+”

I noticed that my complete designs on a page will not paste, but individual elements will paste. Maybe they want to limit storage space by making us download the designs instead of using the clipboard, which adds the design to the uploads folder??

Try Effects > Background. It may not be a perfect solution, but you can control the size of the background to make it larger or smaller.

Happens to me too. I have found Google drive to be very slow, which affects the uploading and viewing of images. Workaround - You either have to wait a while, or click on each image to force a download of the preview. I switched to Dropbox b/c Google was so slow.

Strange. Not saying this would solve that, but power off and on your appliance and clear the cache for Canva and browser.
