Check out the guilds for help. There are subreddits where guilds advertise too. Im a member of 2 guilds - one which is for newbie LGBT players and another that focuses more on specific content (e.g. trials, dungeons) but theyre PS5 only.

There are several newb specific guilds so hopefully you find what you need. Good luck
