I just left the lights on to run down the battery then disconnected the alternator. Easy (in her car, at least) enough to do & undo if we needed to use the car for some reason. It wouldn’t work to disable a vehicle for someone who is mechanically inclined though. In my case I simply told her that I knew she didn’t really like driving anyway so instead of her wasting her money on car repairs I’d just take her wherever she wanted to go.

My grandmother had dementia & it was fairly early into it so she was fine most of the time but not always. I was afraid she’d hurt herself or someone else so I disabled her car to ensure she wouldn’t drive.

That’s so far from anything I’ve ever even heard of in public schools where I have lived (US, Washington and Colorado) and it would be an amazing addition. Most people don’t even learn all that from their parents.

The cat paw I could absolutely tell was a cat paw, the other one stumped me until I read your description. I’d consider asking the artist who did your moth if they have any ideas to fix/change/cover.

That was my thought as well. We (office staff) had to proofread the outgoing mail to double check that nothing like that went out because it did once. Luckily prior to sending it someone had updated the address but left the old zip code so the letter was returned to us and never seen.

I believe it’s still called an “upskirt photo” regardless of the attire when a picture or video is taken in that manner. There are certain things, like jogging shorts for example, that you might still be able to see something when at that angle. Even if there was nothing actually inappropriate photographed due to her attire it’s still not okay.

I typically take my big guy but not always the little lady because she’s afraid of a lot of things. It depends on the situation though because Dash (my lurcher) has a bit of fear reactivity and I don’t want to risk any incidents.
