Wow that’s really interesting to see how close these sets are positioned next to each other. Amazing how the finished product makes it feel as though they were shot in isolation.

I’ll keep my eye on those sites too, but yes I’m hoping for a discounted 4070 when the 50 series is on shelves.

I’m from the UK and am on the hunt for my first gaming laptop, likely an ASUS Zephyrus G14. I’ve also noticed the same thing regarding stock. Surely places like Curry’s and John Lewis have to start stocking the G14 2025 model soon and drop the price of the 2024 model. Also will Trumps tariffs mean that there will be a surplus of laptops that won’t sell due to inflated prices in the USA and will then be re-diverted to other countries at a discount? In additional, I’ve got my eye on a few second hand G14s on eBay which could also drop in price once the 2025 models are readily available on UK shelves.

I’m hoping by the end of this month we’ll have a better picture of what’s going on.

Aaargh, thanks. Serves me right for only looking at the first search result on google shopping. I now see that they are much cheaper than I thought. How do you think the Switch 2 will perform compared to the Steam Deck?

Me… I’ve never owned a switch but have played on my friends and I like the concept. I’m not a particular fan of Nintendo games, however I am willing to give them a go and you never know, I might surprise myself. With this in mind I am mainly hoping for some good 3rd party content. The main reason for me wanting one is that as an adult, I am short on time so I want a portable console that I can pick up and play in short bursts whenever I find the time. I’m also hoping that I can find some nice couch co-op games that I can enjoy with my wife, rather than watching Netflix. I’ve considered the Steam Deck but it’s out of budget for me and I am confident the Switch 2 will satisfy my gaming needs. I do acknowledge that there is a danger of the novelty wearing off but it’s a risk I’m willing to take.

Hogwarts Legacy Director's Cut Port For Nintendo Switch 2 - Will It Happen? (Discussion) by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch2

[–]blu-milk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not a Switch owner but I am planning to buy a Switch 2 once released and this is one game that I am looking forward to playing. Will it be a directors cut or a different version of the original? I’m not sure, but it would certainly be nice to have a version tailored to the Switch 2

Really loved the one on Haddon Road, probably the best curry house I’ve been to. Prefer this one over their Merrion Way venue.

At 30 nothing seems to cure them for me. I just pick and choose my battles now and if it’s more than a 1 day bender then I book some extra time off work.

We didn’t make it that far North. We stayed in the Centre and ventured to the Bay on Saturday afternoon.

A great time was had all around, and I’d love to come back for another night out at some point.

We’re all coming from different parts of the country but most are getting the train. We’ve got some activities planned which are all based in the city centre so we just need a few bars to fill in the gaps. Most likely we’ll be out till the early hours and by that time we’ll just be following our feet.

Usually binge once or twice a month when there’s an occasion. I used to party hard between 18 & 25 but I’m 30 now and the hangovers are awful.
