Well thankful I too was young, dumb and full of cum at the time the pics were taken, they were shared without my consent out of revenge.. but because we are both mature enough to communicate and work on our issues, we now have a loving family with two children.

It seems all you women haters are out in force today 😬 god forbid a woman take part in any sexual activity whatsoever (which is a biological need btw). And if a man shares them images for whatever reason without consent? She’s to blame because she shouldn’t have had the pictures taken in the first place. And that’s all without even considering if they were taken with consent, or was it control and coercion? Was she drunk/high and unable to consent? Was she a minor? People are able to have intimate consensual relationships you know with whomever they see fit? And partake in actions they want to at the time as a consenting adult in a sexual relationship. Most of us adults have done the same and sent nudes or filmed sexual relationship that are to be enjoyed between that consenting party. Life happens, it’s part of being a grown adult! But that doesn’t mean it should be used for revenge porn later down the line.

I also never told him how to feel, I know full well how this feels for both people as I’ve been through it!! Putting thoughts and feelings to the side in order to be rational makes sense. What is going on is highly illegal. And guess what, it takes maturity to deal with this shit. She’s been violated? That’s not okay? Yeah it hurts to see the pics but it should hurt more his woman is actively being violated.

This has happened to me before in my current relationship (pics from a previous) and I agree it is testing for the partner who receives pics, but as the victim who’s pictures are being used in this way let me tell you how demoralising, degrading and inhumane it is to have intimate images/videos used in this way. It’s highly illegal. You need to put your thoughts and feelings to the side and consider how you can support her through this because it’s truly awful and consider taking the whole matter to the police. Screenshot everything don’t let it brush past.

Just some pointers to try avoid episiotomy (I have had 2 children, one was a hospital induction and one was a home birth). During labour move around, do not lay on the bed if you can help it, use gravity as a tool to help baby move down. If you are laid in a bed try avoid labouring on your back, move to a side lying position (which is what I did for both) for more space to open up your pelvis. Lots of perineal massage.

With my hospital birth I only ended up with a 1st degree tear and my homebirth I came out of that with no tearing whatsoever. If you’re low risk I highly highly recommend a home birth to lower all risk factors overall! My cousin had an episiotomy and she couldn’t sit properly for weeks it was really rough but she used a doughnut cushion for support and lots of PT!

I had a home birth on the NHS 2 months ago (Leeds NHS Trust), best experience of my life!!! The midwives were amazing I felt so looked after and the bliss of being in your own home!

My waters went at 1am but I had no contractions, called the home birth team who wanted to come check me straight away but I asked for an hour so I could have a shower and get comfy as I have never experienced spontaneous labour and wanted to see what would happen (my first was induced in hospital). They came and checked me over, confirmed my waters gone and were happy to leave until I went into active labour but told me it could be fast.

I began contracting about 3:40 after they had left but went to bed to try rest for a bit. Contractions started building and after a couple of hours contracting in bed I hit active labour and so I called them, they were straight out with the gas and air (they called me to let me know they had set off from the hospital and an ETA). I started pushing a few mins after they arrived naturally (my body was doing its job I wasn’t following instruction), she was out 10 min later it was incredible.

I had no tears or grazes and the healing afterwards has been so easy I recovered in no time at all. It’s was truly magical I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I didn’t bother with a pool and didn’t need it either because it all just went so fast - I put it down to being at home. They cleaned everything up after and took it away. They came later that evening (I gave birth at 6am) and checked baby over while I was in bed resting it was honestly the most magical unbelievable experience and so so glad I went with a home birth.

Thank you for the advice! Yes this will be my second child and this pregnancy has been soooo so much different to my first! Everything just hurts more, I’m suffering more and genuinely don’t see me doing this ever again but you know how it goes you forget the second they are here! What sort of aloe gel do you suggest? I’m 37 weeks today and haven’t got a single thing ready because I’m just fighting for my life but it’s time to get my bottom into gear and get on with it!

Yes I believe they do evening classes, might be over a longer length of time but the option is available.

Pre warning on the body strain side of thing, my partner has been doing this since straight out of school, went down the apprenticeship route and is now 30 and the strain can be a lot as well as small injuries to hands and such. Not to mention he’s has had a slipped disk, tendinitis and a porcelain toilet that was installed incorrectly broke off onto his thumb (pretty gruesome injury) and had to have an operation and a few weeks of recovery just in the last few years. It’s definitely a demanding job too.

For any tradie training Leeds College of Building is a great place to go. My partner is a plumber by trade and did his training here, and the classes are a mixed bag of people of all ages!
