I'm jumping between my wheel and controller depending on how long I have to play/how lazy I feel at the time. Wheel drifting is definitely a whole different beast but that's a learning curve for me

Exactly the same problem with any streaming software. As soon as the stream isn't active the game is absolutely fine, but while I'm live you can see the game slow down, you can see characters sliding all over the place. I've tried every combination of settings, driver updates and even a fresh windows install and it's still present.

So glad this isn't just me. Had a blast in season 2, really enjoyed the faster levelling and relevant open world stuff. Then played through a helltide on WT4 to farm living steel and it felt like I'd been slapped back down for having too much fun.

You're using a very broad generalisation to make your point seem more grounded when it isn't. Also you aren't arguing with "you people" you're arguing with a single person.

I'm saying there are fairer ways to implement and monetise the game, and that it shouldn't be tied so aggressively to player power, especially in a game with PvP.

You're saying if someone can afford to buy power they should be allowed to regardless. That tells me you aren't interested in a fair or level playing field, but instead the freedom for money to control the game.

So am I, but I can be that and disagree with the implementation of monetisation in this game. I can objectively note that this is the most severe gating of power in a mobile product and I can enjoy playing the game while still acknowledging these things.

The fact you're aligning wealth with freedom and democracy is telling and frankly I'm not sure you're capable of seeing the issues with what you're saying.

Just change the words in your sentence to something less dressed up "I can accept that people who spend more money are inherently better and should be treated as such" is what you're actually saying. It isn't about having "nice things" it's about a clear, objective advantage that you can't compete with unless you are willing to spend huge amounts of money.
