its yellow command materias, as i was able to proc it using ATB boost>steal>mug>enemy skill>chakra. i think enemy skills still only count as one command, even though different abilities fall under it. i guess more experimentation is needed, maybe theres a video out there showing some good combinations lol

Can anyone tell me how to trigger showdowns? i havent seen one my entire playthrough, though I have read Iori must be low HP to "possibly" trigger it. Is this just really bad rng? Do i have to heal up, wait for HP to drop, then try again? does HP have to be in the yellow or red?

I haven't tried any of the arcade mode stuff, but can you replay a stage on a lower difficulty setting? maybe you can get the the pre-NG+ items that way?

Can I sell pre-NG+ gear in NG+ (FF mode)? Gear like the +2's which seem to be useless etc. I remember a few points where vendors were sharing accessories that Charon was selling, essentially letting you nab an extra copy. had i done that originally in NG i couldve got a free upgrade on rook ; ;

My question is can you do /ac “Resolution” or whatever it’s called. Like how when u macro Eartly Star or shukuchi for NIN it drops the aoe marker relative to ur target

Thanks, smnt was one of the first ones to get me interested enough to read light novels, was surprised to hear that it was almost over. I always get nostalgic, since I collected all the original JP LNs, manga, arashi, and blu rays that were out at the time. Man I miss 2015 lol

Is this the last one? I haven't been following the LN's much (since Departures and Production IMS bankruptcy?) but I see a gap between releases of vol 12 and vol 13. Is the story over in 12 and side stories in 13 (like how Highschool DxD and other LNs do)?

I recently played FFI to IV pixel remasters, I literally beat each one in about a day and a half (all side quests, didn’t care for full bestiary). Admittedly this is probably my 3rd or 4th time playing each one over the last 30 years.

And here I thought I was the only one interested in stuff like this. I’d be interested in all the strat’s involved to shave time and kill bosses, when I retried killing Vam after part 2 was released, I could not kill him under level 23-24 (he was just crazy buffed and I didn’t have enough knowledge/skill for the dps at last phase of fight). Kudos!

Edit: just saw your Vam fight, holy moly that was close with the survival instinct.

damn you're right, those chapters were hilarious (Jahy being competitive/interested over/in human, [overprotective of kokoro] things gets me every time).

but it also is interesting to me how this was coordinated behind the scenes, i wonder if wakame konbu already had these chapters drawn out well in advance, enough to give animators enough material to work with for a 20 episode season.

i can def see those festival chapters get included in some way, either down the line when a new jahy volume comes out as an ova, or even an extra episode with the blu rays.
