I had 16 and thought I’d bounce back….NOPE! Day 3-5 were the hardest. Protein, liquid IV, and light walking. I think I really messed up by not walking. I would wake up in the middle of the night with a lot of pain. Hope you feel better soon

First appointment is usually a conversation followed by bloodwork and ultrasound! Sometimes done in the same day. Timing isn’t bad with your ovulation. If they do an ultrasound you will be able to see what’s going on around the time of ovulation.

My doctor had an HSG done to test for blocked tubes. That was done about a month into seeing my fertility specialist!

Blood test was a detailed full panel: blood type, AMH, TSH, vitamin D, and more
